Intellectual Property
Without limiting the above, the configurator logic, embedded rules, parametric relationships, automation methods, detail libraries, templates, workflows, naming conventions, and platform presentation developed by FDS remain FDS intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Users may own their project inputs and project-specific generated outputs to the extent provided under their commercial agreement, but they do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or automation logic.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the website, software, configurator logic, user interface, branding, text, graphics, templates, and non-user content belong to Facade Drafting Solutions (FDS) or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of information and content they submit, but grant Facade Drafting Solutions (FDS) a non-exclusive licence to use, host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the services.
No right, title, or interest is transferred to the user except for any limited licence expressly granted in writing.
